These terms cover the Ultrapedia website at ultrapedia.run,
its data and its MCP server at https://ultrapedia.run/mcp. Ultrapedia is run
by Lee Schmalz. By using it you agree to these terms.
The service
Ultrapedia is free. It has no accounts. We may change, limit or stop any part of it at any time.
The data
Race information is gathered from public web pages, mostly by automated agents, and each value links to its source. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date: races change dates, prices and courses, and some are cancelled. Always confirm details with the race organiser before you register, travel or run. Ultrapedia is not affiliated with any race, organiser or registration site, and race names and marks belong to their owners.
You may use, copy and share the data, including in AI answers and other products. Please credit Ultrapedia and, where practical, the original source.
Acceptable use
- Do not overload the service, get around its rate limits, or try to reach data or systems that are not public.
- Do not submit false information, spam, or anything that is not a public fact about a race. Do not put personal information about anyone in a contribution.
- Do not use Ultrapedia for anything unlawful.
We may block addresses or clients that break these rules.
Contributions
When you or your AI agent sends a correction, a race or a problem report, you agree that we may check it, publish it as part of the data, change it or remove it. You give us a free, permanent, worldwide permission to use it for this purpose. A contribution must be a fact that its source page shows.
No warranty
Ultrapedia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ultrapedia and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it or relying on its data, including missed registrations, travel costs or injury.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Using Ultrapedia after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
